Heard Mr.T.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr.Dash, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of opposite parties in extending the benefits under the "Guidelines regulating rehabilitation and resettlement of families/persons displaced/affected due to acquisition of land for Kalinganagar Integrated Industrial Complex at Duburi in the district of Jajpur" issued by Government.

In course of hearing, Mr.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to move opposite party No.3-Collector, Jajpur for redressal of his grievances and the said opposite party may be directed to take a decision on the same within a specified time.

Considering the submission made and without
// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Jajpur (opposite party No.3) within a period of two weeks by registered post with A.D. along with a copy of this order. In the event such representation is received by the Collector, Jajpur, he/she is directed to take decision on the same in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as opposite party No.5 and opposite party No. 7 respectively within a period of eight weeks there from and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the direction as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
