This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar not to execute any sale deed/conveyance deed of Mouza Dumuduma, Tahasil-Bhubaneswar, Khata No.40, Chaka No.279, Plot No.832 with further direction to Opposite Party No.4-Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the Mutation Appeal No.94 of 2020 within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4-

// 2 // Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the aforesaid Mutation Appeal by a reasoned order giving a chance of hearing to all the parties, if the same is pending, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
