This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The IA has been filed for amendment of cause title of the writ petition. The writ petition has been filed assailing order dated 9th February, 2018 passed by Collector, Sundargarh in Misc. Case No.29 of 2017.

However, in course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Accordingly, granting such liberty the writ petition as well as the IA is disposed of as withdrawn.
5.
Certified copy of Annexure-2 shall be returned substituting attested photocopy thereof.
