1. In the counter affidavit it is stated that challenge made earlier to the selection in the Bhadrak Civil Court of Peon was negative by dismissal of W.P. (C) No.467 of 2013 by this Court on 15th March, 2013. No rejoinder has been filed to dispute the above situation.

2. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed.
