This is an application for modification of order dated 04.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to inadvertent oversight the case number has been wrongly mentioned as 'C.T. Case No.74 of 2022' instead of 'C.T. Case No.82 of 2022' in the bail application. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to permit the Petitioner to correct the bail application as well as the order dated 04.02.2022.

Considering the submission made, C.T. Case number wrongly reflected in the order dated 04.02.2022 as '74 of 2022' be corrected and read hereafter as '82 of 2022'. 5.

I.A. stands allowed.
