2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Khaprakhol P.S. Case No.78 (12) of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.261 of 2012 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
