Ms. Majhi, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants, who were petitioners in the writ petition disposed of by order dated 2nd May, 2016. Allegation is alleged contemner officiating as Collector, Sambalpur has committed wilful and deliberate violation of directions made therein.

The Collector passed order dated 18th April, 2018, which stood impugned in W.P.(C) no.13989 of 2018 (M/s. GMR, Chhatisgarh Energy Ltd. v. M/s. Hindalco Industries Ltd. and others). In said writ petition, applicants were private opposite parties. The writ petition stood disposed of this day without interference with said order of the
