The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. R.K. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to Opposite Party No.6 - Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cuttack UPD for disposal of his grievance made under Annexure-5 dated 4th January, 2022. 4.

Upon perusal of Annexure-5 - the grievance petition, it reveals that it also contains allegations against the S.D.J.M., Cuttack who is a judicial officer.

Considering the nature of grievance which includes allegations against a judicial officer, no direction can be issued to Opposite Party No.6 for disposal of the grievance petition. Accordingly the prayer of the Petitioner is rejected.

The CRLMP is dismissed.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.514 dated 7th January, 2022.
