Heard Mr. K.C. kar, learned Sr. Panel Counsel, Govt. of India appearing for the Petitioners.

The Union of India-Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the Order dated 11.11.2013 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.751 of 2013 under Annexure-4. 4.

Mr. K.C. Kar, learned Sr. Panel Counsel, Govt. of India appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that as a matter of principle, decision has been taken to give the benefit to the Opposite Party. But, at present he has no instructions as to whether the said decision has been implemented or not in the meantime.

Since the decision has been taken to give the benefit to the Opposite Party, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment. However, if any cause of action survives, it is open to the Petitioners to file an application for recall of this Order.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
