Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court finds, on the selfsame issue and in opposition to the eviction drive, the Petitioner has already approached the competent authority through representations vide Annexures-14 & 15. In such view of the matter, this Court while finding the writ is not entertainable at this stage, directs the Secretary, B.D.A to look into the grievance of the Petitioner at Annexures-14 & 15 and undertake appropriate exercise involving the parties likely to be affected and dispose of the same giving proper notice of objection as well as hearing to all the parties concerned.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
