This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

When the matter is taken up, there is no representation from the petitioner.

In terms of our order dated 04.08.2022, Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate has filed the report of the Superintendent of Police, Koraput. Mr. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate has contended that the said report is based on a detailed survey and examination of the threat perception of the petitioner and his family as carried out by the S.D.P.O., Nandapur. 4.
We have perused the final opinion made in the report dated 19.08.2022 of the said S.D.P.O. For the purpose of reference, we would like to reproduce the observation of the Superintendent of Police, Koraput as made in his report dated 21.08.2022. The said observation reads as follow:
"So far, the threat perception of the petitioner and his family members, it is intimated that both the parties are living amicably and there is no threat from any side." 5.
In view of this, this petition stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner confronts any security issue, he will be at liberty to report the same to the Police.

A free copy of this order be furnished to Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate.
