2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This CMAPL has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 1209 of 2002 which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 13.10.2017.

Considering the grounds stated in the petition and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 13.10.2017 is hereby recalled and W.P.(C) No. 1209 of 2002 is restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed.
