This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. P.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties 1 and 2 to take immediate action for payment of their individual EPF dues like EPF, EPF Pension and other benefits with interest and penal interest, in terms of the order dated 05.03.2018 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Odisha under Annexure-10.

In course of the hearing when this Court made a query as to whether this Court is acting as an executing court of the order passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Odisha under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,

subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
