This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard Mr. A.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr. Mishra, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in extending the benefits of Orissa Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 to him though he is entitled to get the same.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Balangir (opposite party No.2) in the matter by filing a representation and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before opposite party No.2 through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such
// 2 // a representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No2 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
