This matter is taken up through video conference. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves rejection of nomination. For the opinion of this Court, there is clear availability of provision of raising such issue in election dispute after the election is over. However, considering the further request of the Petitioner that she is yet to be communicated with the result of rejection of her nomination, this Court directs that if the Petitioner has applied for such copy of the rejection order, the same may be supplied to her within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation only.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated
