3. The Petitioners are in custody since 12th December, 2021 in connection with Tikayatpalli P.S.

Case No.57/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.630/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bonai for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/294/417/313/34 of I.P.C.
