This is an application for restoration of RFA No.67 of 2008 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 11.07.2013 by recalling that order.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; prayer as advanced therein is allowed. The order dated 11.07.2013 by which RFA No.67 of 2008 has been dismissed is recalled and said RFA No.67 of 2008 is restored to file.

The CMAPL is accordingly disposed of.
