The petitioner in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") has prayed for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 31.12.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.182 of 2011 taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 420, 406, 294 and 506/34 of IPC. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also the grounds stated in this application, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of cognizance. Hence, this CRLMC being devoid of merit stands dismissed. Interim order dated 14.02.2014 passed by this Court stands vacated.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise all such contentions at the time of framing of charge, if the charge has not been framed.
