ORDER

1. The Petitioner has approached this Court against an order of the Government referring the dispute involving the Opposite Parties No.4 to the Labour Court for adjudication. While issuing notice in the present petition on 8th January, 2014 the impugned order was stayed by this Court. That stay order has continued for more than eight years now. As a result the labour dispute has not been able to be proceeded with during all this while.

2. Considering that the dispute relates back to a period earlier than 2011, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. All the contentions of the Petitioner on the merits of the dispute are permitted to be urged before the Labour Court. kabita

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms and the interim order stands vacated.
