2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Baliapal P.S. Case No.83 of 2013 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1177 of 2013 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
