This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that some of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail and she may be given parity.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili, in G.R. Case No.653 of 2021, arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.458 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper by maintaining the principles of parity, if applicable.

It is further directed that the bail granted to the Petitioner is subject to the condition that learned court below shall verify whether

// 2 // the Petitioner has any criminal antecedents involving offence similar nature. In the event it is found that the Petitioner has any such criminal antecedents, this bail order shall automatically stands revoked.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
