Mr. Ambika Prasad Mishra, learned counsel, who has instruction to appear on behalf of Respondent No.6, submits that already a petition U/S. 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 has been filed before the competent court. 4.

Mr. Milan Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that this Court, in WPCRL, should at-least try once for conciliation.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and pendency of appropriate petition U/S. 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, we do not deem it just and proper to keep this WPCRL pending.

Parties are directed to approach the competent Court for conciliation, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the WPCRL is disposed of. 8.
