This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 15th July, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in 1.C.C. No.2982 of 2010, taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 323, 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

Giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge before the Court in seisin over the matter, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.

It is stated that some of the accused persons have died in the meanwhile.
