The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 3rd of March, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.7713 of 2020.

Mr.

Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel states that the order passed by this Court stands complied with as the amounts to be disbursed were sanctioned vide order dated 7th of November, 2022 issued by the Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha directing the release of the sanction amount in L.A.R. No.204/2017 subject to verification and supply of particulars by the

// 2 // petitioner. He has placed on record a copy of the order dated 7th of November, 2022, which has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner as well. Thus, the petitioner upon supplying necessary information and documents is free to collect his admissible amounts of enhanced compensation.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
