This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that some of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail and she may be given parity.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Gondia, in G.R. Case No.451 of 2021, arising out of Nihalprasad P.S. Case No.210 of 2021, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper by maintaining the principles of parity, if applicable with further conditions that she shall cooperate with the investigation as and when required and shall appear before the concerned Police Station and during trial shall appear before the trial court on each date fixed by the trial court without fail.
