This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact that co-accused has been released on bail by this Court in ABLAPL No.14911 of 2021, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Nihal Prasad P.S.Case No.225 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.Case No.482 of 2021 of the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Gondia, he be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with
