This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in connection with Derabis P.S.Case No.08 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.Case No.77 of 2022 of the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, they be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in
