This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R.Case No.161 of 2022 arising out of Kumbharpada P.S.Case No.19 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned S.D.J.M. may deem just and proper subject to the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) before the court in seisin over the matter.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation
