Heard Mr. K.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service as Driver as he has completed more than 6 years of service. 4.
Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner has been recommended for regularization by the Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Balangir vide Annexure-10 as per G.A. Department Resolution dated 17.09.2013 and 16.01.2014 under Annexures-8 and 9. Therefore, a direction may be given to the opposite parties no.1 and 2 to pass an order with regard to regularization of the service of the petitioner by holding HPC.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite parties no.1 and 2 to take a decision with regard to the regularization of the petitioner, taking into
consideration the recommendation proposal under Annexure10 by holding the HPC as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified/authenticated copy of this order.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
