Considering the allegation made in this writ petition and since there is already pendency of an application at the instance of the Petitioner in the matter of removal of unauthorized encroachment over the Government land, before the Tahasildar, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.4; this Court directs the Tahasildar, Bhadrak-Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 (series) and if necessary, make an enquiry involving the parties likely to be affected. 2.
The entire exercise shall be completed by passing a lawful order within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is also directed that result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of seven days thereafter.
