Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 8th August, 2022 has been filed.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 28th October, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.3161 of 2014 stands vacated.
