This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.233 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1022 of 2010 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda.

None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called. Learned counsel for the Opposite party No.2 is present. 4.
It appears that G.R Case is of the year 2010. Since no one appears for the Petitioners, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, if charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken and they have been proceeded in the aforesaid case.
