This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to restrain the Opposite Parties, more particularly, Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 and 10 from evicting them from the schedule of the land mentioned in the writ petition.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel submits that the Petitioners have taken back their brief. Hence, he has no instruction in the matter.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
