Mr. J.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the trial court at the first instance for default bail.

The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the Petitioner to pray before the trial court for his release on default bail. In the event the Petitioner makes a prayer in this regard before the learned Trial court within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law including the ratio decided in the case of Lambodar Bag v. State of Orissa, 2018 71 OCR, 31 and in CRLMC 1358 of 2020.
