Heard learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Golanthara P.S. Case No.7 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.62 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for alleged commission of offences under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. In view of available material on record and the

// 2 // nature and gravity of the accusation, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and moves for bail, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

With the aforesaid observation, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of.

The interim order dated 24.02.2021 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
