This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 within a stipulated period of time. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation of the Petitioner dated 01.12.2021 submitted to the Opposite Party No.1 has not been considered till date and the same is pending for consideration. He further submits that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if the representation is considered and disposed of by the Opposite Party No.1 in accordance with law.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5, if such a representation is pending, within a period of eight weeks. 7.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.1 shall consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner be communicated to him within a period of 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rule.
