The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to consider her grievance for settlement of Government land in Plot No.635 under Khata No.421 situated in Mouza Bhubaneswar under Bhubaneswar Tahasil, Thana- New Capital, Thana No.-47 in the district of Khurda over which she is residing.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mahanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the Competent Authority by filing an application in Form No.1 of the Orissa Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983 for settlement of the Government land.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
