This writ petition involves reimbursement of crop loss. It appears, the application of the Petitioners in this regard have already been forwarded by the Chief District Agriculture Officer, Ganjam, Berhampur-Opposite Party No.3 to the District Coordinator, Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd., Berhampur-Opposite Party No.4 since 7th January, 2022 as clearly borne from page 20 of the brief.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and keeping in view the above development, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to complete the entire exercise on the request of the Petitioners taking into account the communication as appearing at page 20 of the brief.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
