This Court is not inclined to entertain the request of the petitioner. However, in disposal of the writ petition this Court observes in the event petitioner has any difficulty in the matter of movement in the locality, considering the placement of the statue on the road complained to be on the middle of the road, petitioner may approach to the competent authority for widening the road/passage and or removing any inconvenience in the particular area, if any, possible.
