Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel appears on instruction of Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Mr. D. Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate has submitted the written instruction as received from the I.I.C., Kabisuryanagar Police Station. From the said written instruction, it appears that the victim has been discovered but she is not willing to live with her husband, meaning the petitioner, and she has made such statement in writing before the I.I.C., Kabisuryanagar Police Station. Her statement is authenticated by the Corporator of Ward No.11, Berhampur.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
