In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that charge-sheet in the present case has already been submitted placing the Petitioner for commission of offence under section 363, I.P.C., which is bailable in nature; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application so as to approach the learned court in seisin of the case seeking appropriate relief.
