This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Since the Petitioner has statutory remedy of Appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition but however the grounds raised herein can very well be agitated and adjudicated before the appellate forum. Keeping this in view, the Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority within two weeks at least. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified
