Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

During course of submission, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their remedy by way of appeal before the appellate authority. Consequently, in withdrawal of the writ petition, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks hence along with Interim Application and also delay condonation application, if any, in such event the delay shall be condoned and the appeal shall be heard on its own merit. This Court directs the appellate authority to consider the Interim Application and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks. It is directed that status quo in respect of the disputed property as on date shall be maintained for a period of six weeks. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
