Heard Mr. T.K. Pattanayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 to 3 to dispose of his representation dated 24.03.2021 under Annexure-8 and return his Service Book as per letters issued by opposite party no.4 under Annexures-6 and 9 for settlement of full and final pension of the petitioner. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-8 and direction be given to consider the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite parties no.1 and 3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the

petitioner under Annexure-8, on the basis of recommendation made by the opposite party no.4- Principal, Pattamundai College, Pattamundai, keeping in view the communications dated 22.11.2019 at Annexure-6 and dated 24.03.2021 under Annexure-9, wherefrom it is evident that the Principal, Pattamundai College, Pattamundai had submitted the service book of the petitioner on 13.03.2013 under Annexures-4 and 5 with opposite party no.3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's office order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
