Mr. Ajit Kumar Hota, learned counsel by filing a Memo at Flag-Y submits that he has no instruction in the matter, as the Petitioner has taken back the brief.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing judgment and order dated 1st March, 2016 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court in Cr.P. No.155 of 2014.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for Opposite Parties is present. He submits that the Petitioner has not complied with the order dated 10th March, 2022 passed in IA No.50 of 2022, as yet. 5.

In that view of the matter, RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 10th March, 2022 passed in IA No.50 of 2022 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
