The Petitioner is a proprietorship concern of Susanta Kumar Acharya, and by filing the present writ petition has challenged the E-auction sale fixed for 17th February, 2022 putting the secured asset/mortgaged property towards recoveries in two loan accounts.

At the time of resumed hearing today, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for an unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
