1.The Petitioners representation (Annexure-2) shall be considered by the Tahasildar, Jaleswar (Opposite Party No.5) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Parties 6 to 16, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 16th May, 2022 and a copy of this order be made available to the parties not later than 23rd May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
