2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to supply the entire certified copy of D.P.C. proceeding held in the month of December, 2021 in his favour within a stipulated period.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better writ petition with better particulars.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
