This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to allow them to perform their duties as Pachika and Sahayika i.e. Cook and Helper under the scheme of Mid Day Meal in Nanda Kishore High School under Tihidi Block in the District of Bhadrak.

Mr. P.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this case. On perusal of the prayer, it appears that the case has been virtually rendered infructuous in the meantime. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. .........................
