1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. P.C.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 5th December, 2021 in connection with Turumunga P.S.

Case No.141/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2048/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. read with Section 66-D of I.T. Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that out of two sureties for such amount as may be determined by the Court one should belong to the district of Keonjhar and further the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the trial court without obtaining leave.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
